Been loving the programming from Clay, lately. The variety of movements is definitely keeping my body guessing! While I think a lot of us love going to the gym, so far these home workouts have been a nice change of pace! Plus, saving a little on gas and time can be advantageous!

Today we are getting sweaty with a little back day action. Excited for the Lat Activators! Remember that EMOM stands for every minute on the minute. This means at the start of each new minute, complete as many reps as you can before dismounting the bar. You then have the remaining time in the minute to rest before starting reps on the next minute!

Workout:

  • 3 Rounds 
    • 10 Lat Activators
    • 30 Second Dead Hangs
    • 10 Supine Inverted Rows
  • 10 Minute EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
    • Max Pull-Ups
  • 3 Rounds:
    • Angels of Death to Failure
    • 1 Minute Rest
