  • 5 Rounds:
    • 8 Handstand Push-ups or Down Dog Push-Ups
    • 10 Hand Release Push-ups 
    • 10 Elevated Plyo Bear Push-ups
  • 3 Rounds:
    • 12 Shoulder Taps
    • 8 Tricep Extensions 
    • 8 Single Arm Serratus Push-Ups Each Side
    • 1 Minute Plank Hold
