Grab a friend who wasn't planning on working out today and hit this together.

Warmup:

  • 1/4 Mile Run 
  • 5x5 Barbell Squats (HEAVY)

Workout:

  • 20 Minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)
    • 8 Burpees
    • 16 Calories on Rower
    • 8 Barbell Clean & Jerks
    • 8 Pull-Ups
