    • 30 Second All-Out-Sprint On The Assault Bike (Goal is 10+ Calories)
    • 1:00 Min Rest
  • 10 Rounds:
    • 5 Devil Presses
    • 5 Ball Slams
    • 5 Jumping Bulgarian Split Squats Each Leg
