  • 5 Glute Activators Each Side
  • 2 Turkish Get-Ups Each Side

Workout

  • Spend 20 Minutes and Work Up To a Heavy 3 Rep Max On Squat
  • 5 Rounds
    • 20 Deadlifts (135lb)
    • 10 Pull-Ups 
    • 500 Meter Row
